I had a bad feeling when balance went to 0 after payment request was made and no payment received. They owe me 0.00245000. Should have stopped being a lamb after getting stiffed the first time The site is still up. These no-money sites should put up warnings of no payment instead of business as usual.

Coinbase re-added to the list the 'earn Bitcoin' category.
Earn 0.01 BTC for every user you refer to Coinbase who buys or sells at least 1 BTC

It's unfortunate that more than a few sites operate like that. Why give out BTC when you can get people coming to your site and clicking on ads etc., while giving out nothing?  That is why I list discontinued sites in the OP; so people know which sites to avoid, and so people won't keep posting recommendations for certain non-working sites to be added to the list, when they come across these sites in the wild.
