If an applicant does not even know how to read the instructions that would mean he is not a good poster, how can you miss a basic information that would be vital for your application.

LOL, not like you said, i saw OP quoted enrollment post for confirmation or rejection, so I think we need to get his enrollment first. But he hasn't post that in recent 2 days.
