Q3? I thought shareholders who did want AMBER as dividends recieved them already, all others just waiting for their BTC/$ payouts.

Is this for Q4 dividends?

Not understand why anybody would take AMBER coin over BTC/$ as payout.

You can not even dump AMBER coins without crashing the market totally (no buying power)

That´s like asking " you want Dust or Gold?"

In order to vote you will need to send 1 AMBER from your registered address to one of these addresses corresponding to your decision.

Only the first vote from each registered address will be taken into account.

This information also will be sent via e-mail to every shareholder.

Please take part in the voting to have your own influence to its result!

1. First of all - this is changing rules, it was said shareholders could receive BTC or $, there was no info about voting.
2. Then an option of deciding if someone want's BTC or Amber was given. So everybody who didn't wanted BTC had already made their decision. Why should they decide if the other get their BTC or not?

Company's short- and medium-term plans:
Real sector:
- working capital increasing.
- purchase of capital equipment.
- purchase and rental of new and promising fields for the mining of amber.
- the gradual expansion to the market of raw material processing in order to build a closed cycle.
- opening physical offices in major sales regions. (March - Lithuania Done.,
this year - China (MainLand or Hong Kong)).

Digital part:
- development of the system of daily dividends calculation based on the registered shareholders wallets' balances. (1-3 months) Done.
- development of a decentralized decision-making (voting) system in accordance with shares in the company (amount of coins in registred wallet). (2-3 months)

To vote you need to send only 1 Amber from your registered wallet address.
If you doesn't control your registered wallet then you should send your new wallet address.
And we will change your registered wallet address in the list to a new one.

There are only 2 simple options:

1. I want to get paid Q3 dividends in BTC/$. (I need my money now and can't (or don't want) to wait any more.)
2. I want to get paid Q3 dividends in AMBER.(I can reinvest and wait to get much more in future. )

Company has already made a decision about $900k - we can not pay it now without changing development plans.
But we can pay $45k.

And tihs decision is up to you.
Company in this question will act according to voting result.
