MTR administration has acquired the services of “OgNasty” ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18321) to provide escrow for the release of a privately funded ICO. MTR will execute an ICO that uses a proportional bidding system. Our reasoning for pursuing this style of ICO is mainly because we believe consumer demand should determine the price per MTR.

In summary, the final price per MTR will be proportionate to the amount of Bitcoins received. For instance, an investment of 10 BTC would net 10% of 100K MTR in the event MTR administration crowdfunded a total of 100BTC. This system makes a fair and even distribution of MTR based up on a system in which the percentage of coins you receive is equivalent to the percentage of BTC invested.
