First are you using the latest wallet?  Then do you have a conf file in your roaming/sproutcoin folder.  You might have to back up your wallet and upg%ade to the new one.  My wallet is now working perfectly since i did what i think it was Nthused posted.  Hopefully it is just in the blockchain and it will come to you when you upgrade.  If you need any help then most in here will help.  I will be happy to help you if i can see the screen.  I am awake most of the time.
