How is the Founder board seat given away?
In general, whoever founds an organization gets to make the rules.
Starting off with a board of sane and competent people seems
obviously better than starting off with people fighting for the seats.
Anyone who is - for some reason or another - opposed to the foundation, their rules, their policies,
their board, their members, their results, their lack of results, etc. etc. etc. is free to start their own advocacy group.
Everything is as it should be.
