We can also have a situation where only the Indian matches are played outside of Pakistan. In all the models, there will be extensive travel for the players which may not be good or acceptable for most teams.

Another thing that clicked in my mind is where they will play the knockout matches and the final match of Champion trophy. It is very likely that India will go far in this tournament and may reach the finals too. In that case, they won't agree to play the final in Pakistan. Also, we will not know who are the finalists and where the final will be held.  Or the knock matches will be scheduled out of Pakistan ? A lot of complications in this hybrid model  

From what I have heard, only the matches involving Indian team will be held outside Pakistan. But as you pointed out, the question is what will happen in case India qualifies for the knockout phases. It is very much possible, given the fact that this is mini-sized tournament with just 8 participants. Out of that, 4 will qualify for the semi-finals. Jay Shah, being the next chairman of the ICC will have a tough job in his hand. I am sure that he doesn't want to be seen as someone who is biased towards the BCCI.

Well.. I don't think that you understand the issue well enough. The BCCI doesn't care whether Pakistan team visits India or not. Even if Pakistan is not there in the world cup, there will be hardly any financial implications for the ICC. On the other hand, in case the Indian team refuses to take part in any of the ICC tournaments, then 80% of the revenue from that tournament is gone. And this is where it gets tricky. I know that it is unfair to Pakistan, but this is how revenue distribution works in international cricket.

Few days ago both squads West indies and England squad were participated in England touring of West Indies competition in T20 format of 5 lead matches. Both same squads were also joined in previous One day competition and in this competition West indies squad were dominated against England squad and won competition with leading two wins total of three matches. But I think in this T20 competition England squad was in great condition and both were participated in two T20 matches and both T20 matches were won by England squad and their comeback was surprising for everyone. In second match, West indies squad displayed hilarious performance and did not manage strong total and just managed 158 scores and their bowlers also did not face the great performance of batters and did not restrict them below their scores. With big leading England squad emerged victory by 7 wickets and 31 balls.

Third match will start soon and there is some delay in this match because this match is affected by rain.

Second T20 match was won England team and this match between West indies and England team was played at Kensington Oval stadium . England team won the toss and elected to fielding first. England team won the 2nd game  by 7 wickets and 31 balls. England is a strong team and won the match but they disapppointed me in ODi tournament. England won the all matches in T20. West indies team still needs a lot of hard work to play a good match.The best bowling performance in the England team was  showed by Romario Shepherd and scored 2.5 over conceded 42 runs and took 2 wickets. West Indies batsmen have not scored high and did not set a good target while at the same time, they were struggling but also there was almost the similar condition from the England's side as Phil Salt, Josh Butler and Jacob Bethell were out making 4 runs each. Pakistan will certainly provide sufficient protocol to the cricketers of each country and since Pakistan has had some untoward incidents in the past, India should not have too much objection to visiting Pakistan considering that the security provided to players in other countries will be more than Pakistan. Now, if all team matches are played in Pakistan and India matches are played in Dubai, then the opposing teams will be under a lot of pressure because they have to go to Pakistan once and then to Dubai.Since there are so many issues with India touring Pakistan, it would have been better for the other teams if Pakistan had not been given the host country.

You must realize that West Indies is not a very strong team to compete with England team.  Currently, there have been 3 matches in the Sun series in which West Indies have been weak due to the pressure of England's bowler.  If we talk about this match, West Indies batsmen have made this target in 20 overs.  Which was very easy for England, if West Indies bowled well and pressured, they could have defeated England.  The West Indies bowling showed its impact but was not capable of winning.  Their bowler has taken 7 wickets but could not beat England which was much needed.  If West Indies had won even one match, their strength could have been equal to that of England winning 2 matches.  But they could not control England and would lose the series.
