payouts on ShiftPool might be disabled because we asked the admin to do so while we are testing. Your shares count and will be paid out very soon.

As in the past, I'm sure the team will see that relevant balances large and small are preserved in the fork. Pissing off those who support the coin by mining or by market speculation is not a sustainable was to run things.

Coins that have a had a rollback or fork can preserve market value even with a couple weeks of being disabled/in maintenance on an exchange while issues are being dealt with. A good recent example would be Darknet (DNET).

For the short term we are planning to secure the chain as best as possible while we migrate balances to the lisk codebase which uses dpos. After that we will begin porting the existing developments to work on the new network.

Not sure if you find someone, but trading is still active on Livecoin. Only deposits and withdrawals are disabled.

Using DPoS is a very interesting idea for Shift. Would it be possible to also measure the quality of each delegates internet connection? Seeing as Shift will need peers that have high speed internet for phantom, ensuring the delegates also have really quick internet seems it would greatly bolster the network.
