can't sync this baby anymore (for several days), from any height, v3.1.2

any height means any height including zero w/o data.
it simply can't find any nodes, seeds don't work.
i'm stuck at 742333.
ppl in slack are too involved in dpos to notice anything else
You need to chill man, either way there is no market to sell your coins. Devs are doing a hell of a job, Im sure that they will come back to you when they have sorted out all things. The issue will be manage right on time, but first you need to wait for devs finished what they need to do with new lisk code base.
