I will follow you on PSG and St Etienne. For PSG, is for the reasons you mentioned. Although they have a great margin over Barcelona, it's still Barcelona, so they need to be careful and ready for that game. They should manage the game if they start winning this one, so under 3.5 looks like a good option to me. As por St Etienne, not that I trust them lately, since they are not doing very well, but Bastia is doing even worse, so a draw or away look like a decent option.
