Easiest way to get women to use Bitcoin is convince merchants to give 2%-5% discount on Bitcoin payment. Women are the biggest shoppers, and are sensitive to discounts.
This seems like the most logical plan to me, personally. You could convince a lot more women to buy with Bitcoin if you offer nice enough discounts on the items, and make it more apparent what kind of currency is accepted in exchange for said discounts.
Personally, if I had a store, I wouldn't mind giving people 4% discounts through bitcoin, because the other service companies probably take more than that in their own fees.
