scrapped this off the freestaking website this morning. so far appears to be an unused sound file uploaded to share with other developers on the project. looks like a  raw cut of a 2:30 "commercial" or clip for something else in very early stages. all descriptions of file say "UNCUT, EDIT, LENGTH, TONE, GENDER", etc. don't think this was intended to get out yet in this form
