Yes this is your reason of low/no CUBE staking, always remember after staking your block to Create a new receiving address inside wallet, click coin control, select all inputs & send with transaction fee (Which is shows you) to the address you just created.
You will get more Compounding if you do it in 1 Block Transactions, always remember to do it after confirming your stake otherwise it will constantly split down and take a lot longer to stake.
Additionally luck can play a part in staking but remember you also won't miss out on your Daily Interest if its taking a while to stake since it is 5.479452054794521% Interest Per Day which will be ever increasing until you do.
