This is not DUMPING, this is taking the coins to a safer location, till iGOTSPOTS sorts the code. I never advise anybody to dump their precious CUBE .

Since about 10% of people are too stupid to understand the last system, maybe this one will be easier for the simpletons

I have not yet initiated the fork. In 40 minutes, CUBE will be forked to v2.2
The new stake rate, however, does not kick in until block 1.02m

We are on block 1011828, generated over 2 hours ago.

We do not need bootstrap. The chain is not moving, because everybody is afraid to receive Negative stake if they unlock their wallets.
