Well, if that is the case then give him one year if the Mavericks really wants him. He might be young and lots of room but his health and his injuries is preventing him to be a superstar that he wants to be. He has 3 years contract worth $101.5 Million in the Mavericks.
Now with regards to his trainer, training with Dirk would be awesome but that would be nonsense if you have a concerning health. His health is a big issue here that is why he can't be a second option in the team.

I think Giannis has plateaued already and so is the team. And after the Nets win this series, a lot of decisions on management and players as well.
