The Pacers have proven that they deserve to be in the Eastern Conference Finals, and that game was a testament to their ability to match the Celtics. They could have won game 1, as they were in control, but a few wrong plays allowed the Celtics to come back and tie the game. This series is going to be intense and could go to at least 6 games, so get ready for a possible game 7 because the Pacers aren't going anywhere.

Maybe luck doesn't play any factor on this game since we see how intense the game is. Its just Celtics experience is showing up especially when they are in crucial minutes that's why they claim the win for game 1. But its not easy task for them to defeat Pacers in this game since we know how big the problem they brought for Celtics.

Pacers would provably be the underdog on game 2 but for sure there would be a lot of bettor would bet on their side since they see how big their potential to defeat Celtics on next game. Also this will really be an entertaining series since both team is eager to advance on Finals since they want to achieve to get a possible championship on their franchise since this would be a great achievement they can get for their team and also for their careers.

I mean, I was expecting the game to be a blowout and they are even calling the Boston Celtics the powerful team but then the Indiana Pacers fought so hard. First minutes of the game I was already frustrated with the Pacers while the Celtics gained a 12-0 run. Thankfully they have a champion named Siakam who has the experience to handle those things and he started the offense for his team. Then, they all followed, Obi Toppin was red hot in the first quarter too.
I am glad they didn't let it go to waste and just keep the game within range. I don't like watching blowout games at an early phase of the game.
Then Haliburton found his range too which is the key to winning their games. He had been less aggressive in this playoffs which is not his usual thing.
Third quarter, the Celtics tried to push through and made a gap but then the Pacers came back again.

I think the Pacers can win this series but they will have to be disciplined at every possession. I might bet for them in Game 2 if the odds are appealing or maybe add some spread.

That's like a 20% chance. Yes, it's possible as the Pacers are an underrated team. In fact, the bookies are still giving very tempting odds for the Pacers to win against the Celtics. I think I've seen enough—they played well in game 1 despite the loss, so I can already see the positivity in the series, and I trust them to win the series too. As long as they stay healthy, they can compete well with the Celtics. Who knows, they might even steal game 2 to even the series.

I think it's a different series and hence a different outcome. The Heat were undermanned, losing their best player, yet they still managed to win one game. The Cavaliers played with an injured Mitchell, who eventually missed games and led to their elimination. The Pacers, however, are an entirely different team because they are healthy and came off a huge win versus the Knicks. So, honestly, I'm not worried about my series bet on the Pacers, as I'm satisfied with what they showed in game 1.

Agree with this mate as we can see that Pacers played too clamsy for this game as we saw 21 turnovers which pretty bad for the team. And that turnovers help Celtics to win the game. Anyways if the pacers will take an action about the Their turnovers then there's a chance that they can win against Celtics they need to handles the ball with care . And also giving fouls is not a good decision cause we all know that Celtics has a good free throws shooting so that is the advantages if they gonna give a fouls.

It is now official for the TNT NBA crew. Next year will be the final year for Ernie, Shaq, Chuck and Kenny to do their thing together. I’m pretty bummed about it to be honest. That might just be the best studio show of all time. I thought for sure they’d be doing this for years. I’ll miss Ernie. I hope he finds a new gig and doesn’t retire.

Well, in the conference finals this year, they already showed the fans how quickly they react and adjust in critical situations which leads them to get that win in the first game the Pacers should expect it very well because if they can't hold their lead very well, they can easily chase and choke at the last minutes of the games because the Boston Celtics is the best defender and one of the best offensive team in the NBA currently this year because of their best rosters. They need consistency if they want to give the Celtics a 7 game series because if they don't, they surely get swept easily.

I really think that Celtics are in trouble, this was a home game and it barely was a win for them at overtime, so it is critical that they realize they need to not underestimate their opponent. Pacers hasn't been here for many many years now, so when they see Pacers there they think it's an easy game and it's true that when teams first get a place after many years it's hard and that usually leads to them not have this type of result so people do expect Pacers to lose and that would be the expected result.

However, if Celtics end up underestimating Pacers way too much then we are going to see them lose, I bet that second game will be an easier win for Celtics because they will care a lot more, but then because they are up 2-0, they may not do so well at away games.

I think that three won't even happen before if Pascal didn't touched the ball when the 4th quarter was about to end. But it was last touched by the Celtics but when it was already out of bounds, he still tried to get it so it was a last touch of Pacers. That was a crucial time and I think the game result won't even lead to an OT if that was made right and he didn't chased for the ball.
