but the withdrawal you are mentioning is not something that is planned! someone was complaining about his transaction taking long to confirm (because it was the peak of mempool and the hashrate went over to BCH for more than a day) so
Baryom said they can change the system so all the fee is paid by the user. right now players pay a small portion of the fee and bitsler pays the bigger fee to get the high priority.
and as of now, the fees are low again. and even the transactions with very low fees are being confirmed fast. for the past day the 20 s/B tx are being mined too.
