I was also facing this kind of issues. I enabled email verification when I use different browser. my problem was that didn't get the email if I use the different browser for login.

It has been asked few times before, all you need to do is to clear your caches. If the problem persists after you clear caches then you can shot a pm to baryom and he will check your problem. Using an incognito browser might help as well if clear cache does not work properly.
