Bitslers new rewards system is a complete slap in the face. No notice, no explanationjust overnight changes that erased my progress. I had 3 gold chests saved and was only 500 XP away from my next level-up reward. After this update? Gone. Now it says I need 30,000 XP just to earn anything. Thats months of grinding wiped out instantly. If this is their idea of improvement, it shows zero respect for the players who built up those rewards in the first place.
Did you take your concern to live support and see what they said? Why were you saving the chests? I haven't logged into the .com site in awhile so I cannot see what they did with the rewards, but if it's like what they just did to the .us site then they are trying to make it where you get multiple rewards in each tier. Kinda like a gold 1 gold 2 gold 3 thing. Should be something players like vs having to play for months to get to the next tier.
I'm not gold yet, which was the only reason lol. Support had initially said they couldnt do anything, but they were sorry about it. Which i would imagine is true, support usually cant just dish out bonuses. Its all good now. A rep from this forum has reached out an lodged a bonus in my account for the inconvenience of the loss, and its much appreciated when casinos have reps in forums such as this for this sort of engagement to be possible.

I get where youre coming from. We know the changes felt sudden and its frustrating to lose progress like that. We are in the middle of a full rebrand and pushing a lot of updates at the same time, so some things rolled out quicker than we would usually like.
