Wouldnt fraud be a reason to be excluded from practise of accounting. I guess an actual conviction might be required but still seems very reckless way to lose a livelihood not cheap to acquire ?
To be excluded from being able to work in pretty much any field that requires some kind of license or background check, you pretty much need to have a conviction against you (or a guilty plea, or in some cases entering into a divergence plan that results in the charges being dropped). Even an indictment is not going to be sufficient to prevent someone from getting a license, although few companies are going to want to hire someone who is currently under indictment.
For what ?
Did you guys forget you spent years saying no regulations ?
You all don't want ANY laws and chant FREE MARKET like a broken record until..
I have been laughing at the scene before and during GOXX ROFL
@Quickseller
That was more directed at the whole crypto scene than you

Maybe you will all start to rethink the concept of crypto-regulations ? (after enough of these stories pop up)
