if large sellers think that not placing large orders on the orderbook will thin out the ask side and trick fools like you into thinking the market is more bullish than it is, then they are incentivised to do so and sell out on your funds. not only is some of the data false, it is also incomplete. the representation bias is immense and trading based on the shape of the orderbook is never a good idea.

It is not really about the fact that you are using fib numbers and common indicators.

It is because you get many special analyses per week and a 10+ page newsletter every week and then start a thread abiut the same thing: bitcoin technical analysis.

even if you do not copy anything directly from my service, reading it will at least impact you and this is not honest practice.
i know many financial advisers and newsletters who do not permit this, nor do I.

Why don't you accept that I return your bitcoins and then you do not have any financial loss.

It's not that difficult to take unilateral action, no? Or maybe next time you should put the following notice on all the newsletters and correspondences " Strictly subscribers only. The service provider reserves the right to terminate all subscription services, providing that any remaining balance is refunded to the bitcoin address used for subscription. No service would be provided to a competitor."

Here's how it sits with me:

If you don't want Lucif learning from your analyses, remove him from your subscriber list.  

If he used one of your charts or quotes in this thread, prove it in a post and remove him from your subscriber list.  

Expecting people to subscribe and never speak a word of your analyses is ignorant.  Information cannot be contained once you send it on the internet.  Like a bitcoin, if you send it, it's now theirs to do as they please.  The analyzer subscription 'service' model here is not a strong one for this reason.  The copyrights and agreements associated with them cannot be depended upon.  Like when you click through a microsoft license.  

This might be a reason to change the model.

But frankly, if you think lucif is stealing customers or potential customer, I don't think that's the case.  The subscription services are guesses at best -- most people know that they aren't going to make more money listening to you, in fact, losting 2.5 bitcoins a months pretty much seals the deal.

My 2 cents are pretty worthless, like all analyses, but here they are for all the world to share.
