It will not gonna happen I think, banks are too stable which are govern by the state and bitcoin is just new in terms of currency, in the side of legality bitcoin cannot beat banks so it is so hard, I think the two should exceed and will improve together.

I doubt that will happen anytime soon, By the current condition of the world that might happen in the future but not in the current year, even minor chances of taking some of the banks roles will be enough.

Banks will have to either adapt or perish, there is no intermediate position in which they can find themselves safe. For now they are trying to delude themselves into thinking blockchain without bitcoin has any sort of relevance. Eventually Bitcoin will take over and they will need to get with the program.

I don't think that banks are going to perish, still the government is the one to decide if they are going to let bitcoin conquer against bank and going to make the banks disappear. Banks really do play an important role to a country and I don't think they are going to be affected that easily, it's either bitcoin is going to be prohibited or going to be adopted.

I think even bitcoin conquor the world bitcoin can't make the bank disappear because banks is more reliable than bitcoin wallets many people are using banks so that they can hold their money , lets say some investors are using bitcoin currency to invest or to gamling but some investors are using digital currency we know that we use digital currency to know where country we belong
