Banks are not safer than Bitcoin. Especially due to the fact that you don't own your money and don't know if certain ego-bankers are taking huge risks with it on the financial markets. Beside that, everything nowadays is becomming more digital. People aren't really dealing that much with physical fiat money anymore as they used to do a few years back. They just use their plastic cards or their smartphone to pay for stuff.

I have the same thinking. We need bank to do something that exchanges do not provide. We would like to borrow bitcoin from banks.

Can Bitcoin make Banks dissappear?

Your wish seems like giving the control of bitcoin to the banking corporates. If your wish comes true we won't get most of the benefits of bitcoin, that we experiencing at present.

I don't think that Bitcoin is needing to make Banks disappear, Bitcoin can conquer the world and become the first global used currency worldwide without having to make banks disappear , if this happen i think very few number of people will stay with banking services and it will disappear normally with time

I think we can make bank disappear  but it will take some time of course but its possible for sure, the bitcoin time will come for sure.
Its just a matter of time before more people will use the bitcoin and believe in it, I think in a few years its possible for sure.

Yes in actual its true but actually why would we want bitcoins to disappear banks ? Both can run because none of them influence the other in any manner. I think the best way is bitcoins to store money though
