Cool. How come freicoin.org is the forum and not the main page?

All day without protest to my descriptions, so I put them in first post with little upgrade and reorganization.

I wouldn't call a coin that is unprofitable to CPU mine at most electricity rates "CPU friendly, GPU - unfriendly".  The CPU friendliness was certainly important historically, but is no longer relevant today.

"Smaller efficiency gap between GPUs and CPUs" would be more accurate.  If anything, LTC is "botnet friendly".

LTC is not ASIC proof.  Any task computed with general purpose hardware could be done more efficiently with special purpose hardware.  If LTC mining was big enough, there would be ASICs in development.

but understand me, I'm trying to make a one line description, not something like that:
second only to BTC in numbers of places accepted and market volume, faster than BTC, CPU friendly by design but not anymore due to GPU mining arrived more electicity efficient , GPU - unfriendly at the begining but now gpu mined , ASIC - proof right now , but maybe in the future become so big in market volume that asics development will be possible.

re E-cash.... sigh we may well start something that cannot be complete as what about swagbucks too.... i think the idea would be to list all btc forks or blockchain related currencies right ?

Perhaps if we could look at ecash we'd realise that Bitcoin is an ecash fork

e-cash and e-money are part of continuation of    digicash, so it's allready on the list. still bankrupted.
