I'm sorry the NXT exchange isn't working since the beginning. There seems to be some error, we sent a ticket to ShapeShift several days ago. Awaiting an answer. For now, just do it like I told you in the Lisk Chat.

I haven't tested it yet, try it with a small amount first to be sure. It may take an hour to confirm everything.

1. Make a new BTC exchange on ico.lisk.io. Copy the BTC address you have to send the money to.
2. Go to ShapeShift, DEPOSIT: NXT, RECEIVE: BTC.
3. Insert your NXT address so if there is an error on ShapeShifts side, they can send it back do you.
4. Insert the copied BTC address from step 1 into the input "Your payment address" on ShapeShift.io.
5. Click on "Start" and send any amount of NXT to the specified address ("Deposit Address").




Should be no problem. Is there a problem? If yes, please open a support ticket on http://support.lisk.io/ and tell us your TX IDs.

@Max I would suggest not entertaining too many signature bounty abusers.. People are farming accounts and make an excuse to get a stake in your bounty.. But that's your call to make
