well if you rename the folder it will sync from the start in a new folder named VERGE, unless you change it using -datadir

im literally working on the win qt right now. there was an issue with building the wallet for windows on the Qt version i was using, where it would not allow me to build a specific module and have it static.

i'm made a branch for the Qt update (using the newest version, 5.6) and im working on the windows wallet in it now. when i finish it, ill also replace the wallets for mac n nix, but they wont be any different, just made with a higher version of qt.

I really wish you would post a link with these huge announcements....
