Hi covertress!
My proposed process for the swap is the following:
1. The only thing you need for this swap is to have a Yobit account.
2. People will create Yobit codes with their KR coins in Yobit, then they can send the code to you via email or PM, together with his new non-ETH KR wallet address.
3. You could activate the code on your Yobit account and easily see how many coins you got. The sender then cannot use those coins anymore, as funds will be transferred to you.
4. Then you send that exact amount to the new KR wallet address you received together with Yobit code (using real non-ETH KR blockchain).
The process is very easy and safe. When swap is finished, you will have all the Yobit KR coins on your account, and can just burn them somehow.
... it has to work!

Covertress, maybe thats my bad English, but it looks like I have problem explaining to you what I mean...

You
do not need to deposit any coins to use Yobit codes!! they are for internal coin transfer, and can be used even when deposits/withdrawals are completely disabled.
You just need to login with your Yobit account, and go to
https://yobit.net/en/yobicodes/ (or hover your mouse over the account name in upper-right corner, then click on "Yobit codes" link), then click on green "Activate Yobicode" buton, and enter the Yobit code!
To be 100% sure this works without any problems, I went ahead and created second account on Yobit for myself. Then created Yobicode using my account 1, logged out, and activated that Yobicode using account 2. It worked briliantly: the KR amount was transferred into my second account:

Please re-read the steps I posted above. Please take them seriously, I am not used to post bullshit... What I wrote there is perfectly doable!
Please let me know if there is anything unclear there. I will readily send you a Yobicode through PM, if you want to test!
I understand Yobit is not an exchange we really want to rely on, but we just cannot forget about it, as there are legit coins kept there, and part of your community has their funds on that exchange (as it was actually the first exchange for KR), and that part wants their funds out of this shady exchange! We need to help them, and I am suggesting a perfectly working mechanism to do that!
And sorry again for my bad English! I really hope I formulated it better this time...
