What do you mean with "hard fork issue "?

Bitsend has a different blockchain than Bitcoin.

Bitcoin fork has nothing to do with BSD as far as the network goes. It will affect BSD price because BSD is traded against BTC. No one knows what the price of BTC will be after the fork, but I would suspect that the exchanges will continue on the more popular fork and that the price of that fork will bounce back upward where BTC was before the fork. So, I would not worry about it too much. Way too much money in BTC to allow a fork to destroy the value.
It might be a wild ride for a short while.

Well, it will trade just like every other coin traded against BTC. I would not worry about it too much. Probably see a drop, then a rise, then bounce around. Sounds about like now! Who knows, but when all the drama is over, I suspect BTC will continue to rise and these coins will do what they do and gain value due to the BTC rise as well.
They may not even hard fork BTC for now, depending on whose article you are reading today. I really do not think anyone knows at this point.
