Does anyone know if Litebit does wire transfers outside of the EU? Since I'm in the USA, I'm not at all familiar with them.

It might be a bit tricky and/or a bit more expensive to convert and transfer EUR to USD form EU-bank(s) to US-banks... As far as I can think of, US banks that have EU branches might be an option for that, but one has to do serious homework on that.
I believe that the Litebit announcement was/is definitely part of what drove up the value of BSD today. I also think a good portion of it is that many people saw the craze about ChainCoin and Masternodes recently and started looking for other coins with that feature. Low and behold there's Bitsend, a coin with a much better track record and a solid and trusted development team, that has Masternodes.... cha-ching - profit!
Well, OKcash had a price rise too after being listed on LiteBit, but that didn't stop the usual price roller-coaster...
LiteBit has a significant, but not major influence on the price of the coins listed, IMHO.
