What you are saying is right, as they said without an ICO account you will not get any bounty, it was written in bold and big red letters, sorry if you missed it.

Why not I saw some listed their sig on the same day that I did and they're on the list.

I think your spot on....if you did not open account but did the twitter thing and fb thing before ico ended, you can open account now and claim those bounties
