Poloniex and Bittrex will host Waves 100% for sure.  Thats the main 2.

It will be a race between the exchanges who adds Waves market first on the 14th.

My guess is Bittrex is faster than Poloniex.

I have to agree.  Bittrex has been pushing towards hosting quality coins (check my sig) and eliminating the noise.  In the long run I believe Bittrex will rise to the top.

Currently Polo has the most volume but who knows where that volume is coming from.

As far as I know, neither Bittrex nor Polonies have been confirmed. But both are believed to start trading Waves on the 14th of June.
The devs have really distanced themselves from Yobit, so don't go there as their IOUs wont be transferred to real tokens until some time later when the full node clients are released to the public.

Do not think that everybody thinking only about trading

Yes there are the fundamental buyers but a lot of the participants of crowd sales are those looking to flip.  Especially in this alt-coin climate.
