I think actual price is because of the bounty dumpers, we must wait, see development progress and dumpers to get without waves then we will see the real price of this asset, think only in the time when waves get connected to finnacial bussines and this get a real use beyond only the trading, if this time arrives we will see a real improvement in the prices level, and remember early pumps usually kill the coins, is better to build value slowly for getting medium/long range investors not only short range traders
