Well i think as a honest seller you should have tried to tell him about it and rates more.It was clear looking at it that the guy was newbie in trading rai and got himself confused between mrai and rai rate.Well you asked him twice so I don't think that it shouldn't be resukted into much heated matter.However you can give back guy his money and give him a chance to cirrect himself

No the guy never made a mistake he is just saying the coins name in general he wants rai that is what the coin is called.
He never even hinted at saying he wanted the payment to be measured in rai.
