What is escrow? How its worked?

Right before Raiblocks got listed on trading sites, direct trade is the only way of selling and buying this coin. First you will find a buyer on this thread or on Google forum then you will talk via pm. If both of you agreed on your terms, you will send your Raiblocks then the buyer will send you the payment. This is super risky so escrow is somehow recommended to minimize the risk.
 An escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party holds and regulates payment of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction. You will send your Raiblocks to the escrow agent, same as the buyer he will send his payment too to the agent. If both of you have sent it, the escrow will distribute the funds.

I have the wallet and I have coins on Mercatox. I have been able to move coins back and forth without issue. Not sure where this inaccurate info is coming from.

If free XRB supply is stopped then how will the people get xrb. Will all the remaning XRB, the dev will keep with himself and slowly dump and get lots of profit. If this was to happen, whats the difference between this coin and the ICO coins. ?
