I think they convert it into pow and you can mine Raiblocks with processor via javascript or browser mining its just like mining with XMR..
And this is i think the reason why the price of raiblocks is getting increases because they decided to close the faucet since there are programming can make an automated captcha..  and this time it will be depends of the speed of your processor. .
