Anyone ever got "Selection limit exceeded" error?

I tried creating a multi-bet including 1 match from NBA and 3 matches from EHF European League. The odds were around 7 and I got an error saying "Selection limit exceeded".
I contacted the support and they told me to lower the stake or number of matches. Since it was a free bet, it was not possible to lower the stake. I removed two of handball matches and decreased the total number of matches to 2 and the odds to around 4, but I got the same error again.

This is very weird. I have placed multi-bet with much bigger number of matches before.





Edit:
I removed the handball match and replaced it with Manchester City vs Real Madrid match and it worked.
I wonder what was the problem with the combination of NBA and handball matches.

I got truly lucky with the 10 USDT free bet by betting in the match when Inter Milan played against Fiorentina at their home stadium on either team to score from a penalty. After Inter Milan suffered a 3-0 humiliating defeat against Fiorentina a few days ago, I sensed a fiery match are likely going to happen between these two teams at the San Siro stadium yesterday and there might be a slim chance for either of these teams to concede a penalty, it seems that luck was truly on my side yesterday as Inter Milan did indeed concede a penalty at the 44th minute in the game.

I still get "Selection limit exceeded" error when I include handball in my multi-bet.

I decided to place my other free bet on tonight's champions league matches and I hope to be lucky with them.

What an odd pairing, Tristan Thompson and a sports betting company.  I wonder how that came about.  Is he an investor of the parent company?  Did he do this for equity?  I'm not even sure if Tristan Thompson plays basketball anymore.  It seemed like he was on his way to being released.  Anyway, still a cooler partnership than I've ever had, but I am genuinely curious how this came to be.  Seems like maybe Tristan just happened to meet the owners or something.
