NO - you will get DPOS and POS reward by staking your own coins no need to have a masternode. 50k Collateral for your masternode is still yours it doesnt go to anyone. It is call "Collateral" because it is the only way to activate your masternode and get a certain percentage of rewards. If you happen to spend your 50k collateral, your masternode get removed from the list of masternodes.

I will post more details about how masternode work and how to setup one after the release of v1.2 which will have synqnode enabled.

Yes at the time you sent your 1btc, but your 1.9 million will keep decreasing as more people send also 1btc or less or more people join until the End of the ICO. The Total BTCs SENT will change everytime someone participate so your 1.9m will be re-calculated for each participation until ICO ends.

You forgot that most or even all of those who joined Phase1 will also join phase2 ...we dont know how Phase2 will end until ico is done.
