OK, but if you require from translators to be so professional for those few-dollars-worth bounty, then provide a professional features. ie:
-source files recognized by translation software (Trados, Memoq, etc.)
-scheduling the updates
-reporting that the updates are ready for translation
-typical per-word rates
Otherwise:
-accept that these translations are performed rather voluntarily to support crypto project at its early stage
-stop making additional mess and wasting my time
-pay full bounty
