That's wrong, nowhere have we implicated anything about FIMK's death. FIMK is doing well and HEAT is a clever plan designed to help FIMK marketing steam on with its non-profit status which is hard to market as itself.

FIMK is nowhere stated to be dead, quite the contrary.

The association will continue operating and as an official organization - always requiring to have functioning administration (even when not full time) is taking care the FIMK blockchain isn't abandoned.

FIMK is included as one part of the four initial coins on the HEAT client, and significant portion of HEAT technology is based on what we have on FIMK. Even some HEAT tests during development are partially running over the FIMK testnet.

FIMK will be serving its own purpose of offering public non-profit 2nd generation crypto platform, asset trading, decentralized web shops and p2p messaging - and especially the national basic income powered by the FIMK token. It's only a question of time when one of these areas will gain traction within Finland or some other group taking on any of the very useful services offered.

In our opinion definitely not. But it depends on what you regard as true value. We're standing on the assumption that true value is reflected through the technology and effort exerted by those participating in the project. In that regard FIMK is far below its true value and continues to have great potential still not materialized. However in some areas especially often in the cryptocurrency field, "true value" is considered something more vapor, based on marketing. FIMK hasn't experienced very successful marketing (apart from the FIMK HEAT stakes), so based on the information available it's the observer's call to evaluate when and how the inherent value of FIMK could be manifested and whether it's worth a bet.

What does that mean? Hire marketing personnel? That seems ridiculously vague. No offense, but do YOU have a marketing plan other than hiring some "marketing personnel"? (which is not a plan)

As you notice from the already successful ICO, we do have a marketing plan at this point we're adhering to.

Although crypto funding is loose it's not that loose to be successful without moderately functional marketing. Our team is doing marketing daily to achieve our funding target, which so far is progressing perfectly according to plan.

Heat Ledger Ltd's main focus is not pumping up the HEAT token. It's main focus is doing business by producing outstanding blockchain based products for customers. I understand this may not be immediately obvious as it's somewhat of an unusual setup.

Through that business, the HEAT token will appreciate in value as a side effect, as it should.

Successful proper businesses have a marketing team. So will Heat Ledger Ltd. The current team doing the ICO is very limited in resources. But it works nicely!

Yes there will be many use cases explained inside out and many of them implemented by the company on the HEAT chain itself.
That's fully appropriate But it's not required in full strength, as the company has a business model that doesn't rely on community activity as much as many other crypto projects.

Usually the number of useful candidates from within the investors is very limited. Most stakeholders prefer to stand on the sides - which is justifiable as after all they've input their part with the money. Let's see how it goes this time!

Tight team, as in meaning highly effective and with little waste? Definitely, as we already are. To coordinate things further HEAT will have an exceptionally functional forum with some extra perks available this month.
