Hi, IDK if it has been asked before, but is there a way to stay logged in? I didn't use a shared computer, so i believe it is only me who has access to the logged account on the computer I use, and it is quite annoying if I have to keep logging in (and get email notification every time )

I'm able to sell little amounts like 0.1 LTC, so you shouldn't been having that problem. If you mean not enough for the promotion, go out and buy 2 LTC.

Nothing wrong with the bid price. There aren't any buy orders right now except for someone who thinks that they can actually sell LTC of 0.2BTC each. The price has gone up since yesterday a lot, so all the sell orders were bought for arbitrage. Speaking of arbitrage, you can buy LTC at  0.00664189BTC on Poloniex and sell it here for a 6k satoshi profit for each LTC!

Edit: Fees to withdraw bitcoin is way too high! Like 0.0005BTC? Seriously? I pay ~0.00012 for my transactions normally. Add a low fee option, or a custom fee option.

IMO, you need to have lot of promos. People are just trying to claim the bounties/promos you offer now. After that, the exchange remain idle. You need to find some way to get user signups. You can use a referral campaign, signature, twitter campaigns to get new signups.

Not sure what you said done to... I saw that you require a higher fee yesterday (0.0005BTC, way too much), but decided to get my withdraw done anyway. I paid 0.0005BTC for the withdraw, yet only 0.00002839BTC was used - Which is less than 1/17th of the amount I paid. If this is part of your plan to make more profit, add a disclaimer on the Withdraw/Deposit screen, otherwise you will have many unhappy customers. C-Cex/Poloniex only need a 0.0001BTC fee for withdraws. Granted, the tx did confirm in 1 minute, but I didn't pay 50k satoshi for a 2.8k satoshi fee to be used.

I agree - something needs to be done. Too bad your withdraw was processed during a busy time in the network. Expect to wait more than an hour, unfortunately. (Proper fees would have been added into the next block or two.)

Fair enough. I get that, but a 50k satoshi fee is too much for any site. I suggest you let people pick a fee that they want to use, and just use that fee. Make it minimum 10k satoshi so people won't complain that the transactions are forgotten if they pick a 0 fee, but also so people have no reason to complain if the fee they picked was too low. Or if that is too hard, add a 10k satoshi option and a 20k satoshi option, and use the full fee that they chose.
