What is the relationship between ANS and ANC? I hold ANS but unfamiliar with ANC.

Yes ANC would be the currency of the platform basically, also similar to Factom and entry credits or most recently Gnosis and WIZ. The platform will have fiat gateways so it's not that you need ANC to register an asset either, but they will be burnt AFAIK and return to a pool to be
distributed again to ANS holders.

I checked ANC is always needed to create asset (Extra Service Charge Collected by Antshares Holders). Fiat can be used for accounting charge (or it can be completely without charge) instead, so this applies after asset is created (e.g. credit points) and data is written within asset in bulk amounts so it can be charged free/fiat/anc.
Then it says also,
"Extra service charge will not be collected by anyone, but destroyed immediately and back to
undistributed status.
Through the distribution of ANC, they will ultimately be re-distributed
to all ANS holders proportional to their shares."
vs.
"In the first year (Block No. 0-No. 2,000,000), 8 ANC will be generated by every new block. In the second year (Block No. 2,000,000-No. 4,000,000), 7 ANC will be generated by every new block. With this pace of decrease (-1 ANC per year), in the 8th year, only 1 ANC will be generated by every new block. This 1-block-1-ANC pace will continue since then, till the 44,000,000th block in the 22nd year, fulfilling the 100 million total sum of ANC.
ANC shall cease to be generated after that."
I am not sure if we have contradiction here because how ANC can be ultimately re-distributed without "double-issuance". After the last block fulfils the total amount of 100 million ANC, we should have ANC exiting/exited from circulation (through Extra service charge) and marked to undistributed status. On the other hand generation/distribution/issuance (are these the same(?) concept) "period" has ended so shall these destroyed ANC die off growingly or do we have another generation/distribution/issuance system as well?
