The wallet is working well enough for the majority of ANS holders except the matter of multiple wallets is creating issues for some users. So best not to use multiple wallets for those who do not know how it precisely works for the time being or carefully read a Reddit FAQ about it before using it. For security reasons
(prevent .dat file being hacked etc online) should you remove wallet file from PC once ANS have been transferred to it, and keep sending funds to that address, or leave it in place to claim ANC as ?

I didn't know about this but need to look at this further. Anyway thank you if this is true what are you saying then everyone need to send exact amount in order to swap ANT with Neo. I will confirm it by making a small transaction but market looks very good being at same price range for weeks.

True, the wallet only holds whole numbers. I got burned on this as well and lost about .33 ANS

my desktop wallet for pc wont even pick up a connection? at the bottom its been stuck for hours Connected :0 Height 0/0
Ive added it to Windows FIrewall rebooted etc but still no connection. Any ideas please?

ITO the wallet instructions on newbium:

"2. fill the form

There is no wallet file in any of the files when downloading the wallet. Can you explain where this can be located or how I can create a wallet file? There are no instructions for this issue..

There is indeed no wallet to be selected. All you have to do is type the name you would like the wallet to have and select in which folder it should be located and then that wallet file will be created.

Please also correct me at the following text if I write something wrong. I understand the consensus algorythm (delegated byzantine fault tolerance (dbft)) of Antshares or NEO like this:

Nodes have a voting power and they can vote for one or more Bookkeeper nodes. Bookkepper nodes are involved in the consensus process. A node is not involved in the consensus process. One bookkepper node is selected by the system to broadcast it's version of the blockchain. Bookkeeper nodes need to agree with 66% on a version of the blockchain. If 66% is not reached then the next bookkeeper node broadcasts it's version and so on.

Now my questions:

1) What happens if no consensus is reached? Endlessloop and nothing happens?
2) Can a node also be a virtual machine? I mean if so it would be much easier to attack the system and elect malicious bookkeeper nodes.
3) If 33% of elected bookkepper nodes are malicious, is the system then destroyed?

Yes, most likely this coin was SCAM there is no information from team and everything works very badly.

Also we see that very few Chinese exchanges added this coin on exchanges. Chinese know more us and they probably consider this SCAM also.

Those were the dark days that continued into April. It was tough to hold while other coins like ETH and Sratis were taking off. At the time information about the project was very scarce, especially for those who could only follow the English forums. Some bailed then and I am sure they are sorry now.

I sent 83 ANS to the web wallet and again sent 38 ANS to the same wallet. Both transactions had a fee of 0.35 ANS. So my total ANS in the wallet had to be 120.3
but it only shows 119 ANS. Its like I lost .65 ANS in the first transaction and .65 lost in the second transaction. Can someone explain please and how i can get them back. I used my money to buy them and dont want to lose $10 worth of coins. Sad
