for me, tier 1 was an email verification only, and fairly instant, tier 2 took a day, and still waiting on tier 3 after a week, but not an issue... just a 5000 usd per day bottleneck. Check your spam folder maybe.

Anyone asking for bi-weekly or even weekly updates has probably never worked in a software company. If you lose your trust and patience after a week, you really shouldn't play the game of investing, but go to sports betting instead.
