What is wrong with the account, though the account is recent but there is nothing wrong for you to raise red flag.

This account has just 35 followers, I think the minimum followers is 100. I doubt if he will be considered for twitter bounty

I will support that, Some people will just come up with one foolish accusation just to tarnish another person's image, There should be punishment for false accusation to deter such claim.
