No need for anyone to do anything yet besides upadting clients (if using myetherwallet they are doing it for u).

Hard fork just gives us working network and as soon as we can we'll deploy test-it ICN contract (t-ICN as a currency) which will be self destroyed (expression in ethereum) before real ICN are launched. But it will be same as real one for all fo you to check if you have access to it.

If you'll have access in test-it ICN contract it means u are good for real one as well.

I've seen some coins the goes up first but they are just too few of them. the rest goes down every released on the exchanges.

Iconomi is not "some coin" but a platform (being developed, should go live this year) that will manage funds and provide weekly dividends to all ICN token holders (shareholders of that platform). It has real value in the real world, and is not another niche coin that aims to become the next big thing.
As for your question - it depends on the market and the sell/buy pressure. Currently that sell/buy pressure is based on assumptions about the future potential and future speculations. I don't think that most of the tokens will be offered for sale in that early stage, which should generate more buy pressure, thus higher price
Once the platform goes live with 2 operational funds, I believe the story will be different - up, up and UP.
