When can we.expect.the refund?
Doesn't the project continues anyway?
If ARK doesn't met the minimum threshold by this Sunday, 11th of December, 19:00 UTC you will be able to request the refund if you wish so, but we are still continuing on with this project and if you wish you can opt to stay in the project and receive ARK tokens for your exchange when we start the main net no later than 1st of Feb - choice is yours, ARK is here to stay and deliver

.
Will it be possible to have another crowdfunding (or token exchange) at a later time? Or is this a one time deal.
Some of the goal in the whitepaper, like the card network and POS hardware has a 10000 and 15000 BTC threshold.
It might be easer to raise that kind of money when the network is running.
the way we have it set up if we have to refund will allow ARK to hold a second sales type. But will likely be OTC sales rather than another crowd funding round.
If ever there will be refund, how long will that period be? Since the distribution in the ICO is divided equally between participants based on investment + bonus, you need to know the final total of ICO funds so you know how much those sticking to ARK will get.
Also if there is 2nd round, where will the tokens be from? You will do a buy back and sell it?
If for some reason the target is not met, the distributions of Ark will be calculated as if the 2000 BTC minimum were met exactly. Those opting to receive refunds would have their corresponding distributions of Ark added to the reserve of unsold Ark. This unexchanged Ark will then be exchanged at a rate not any lower then the maximum BTC/ARK rate paid by anyone during the TEC.
so later there may be an opportunity for additional participation, but never at a lower exchange rate. We're actually leaning to very much later, after the full core is released with SmartBridge tested, released, and fully operational, which is currently scheduled in 4th Quarter 2017, but could very well be sooner with the way our dev team works. Participation would at a much higher exchange rate, and not on any third party exchanges.
this was copied from Mike in our slack regarding the refund process.
