Definitely not acceptable at all. I'm not too satisfied with their communication or lack of it in the last 2 weeks. Who knows what they're thinking. Or perhaps they're just simply flat out busy.

And they haven't given 100% completely silent treatment. You can still contact them via phone or email and they will reply to you. Like they have to mine or a lot of others.

All you're doing is ranting on a forum (at god knows who) and expecting a rep to come on here to give you a direct reply. That's not gonna happen.

Hi,

Your order is in the current production queue and should have been completed this morning. We are still waiting for the latest update from the factory. But as far as I can see on the system it has been made and it will be leaving the factory with DHL at 17:00 Swedish time today

this + security check at customs .... something is going on here.

If memory serves 'orama already mentioned this a few days ago while telling us how DHL saved KnC ass with the mess Fedex did with the BeagleBone, but surely this change all of sudden surprise me.

UPS - Paid 19th June - exp. del 16 Oct

its almost noon there and still not even a blip on the radar.

Update.

Tracking Number received from UPS (so feck knows what the customer services were on about, could be a simple mistake). Estimate delivery 16th October. Package weight 16KG.

KNC Website still has my order as in progress.
