I dont know much, but I feel it does not have anything to do with the explorer.
When I first downloaded the wallet, I don't think there was an active explorer then.

I just started my wallet.. it synced.. had been offline for 5 weeks while I was on vacation... Mine seems to be up to date now. Windows Wallet v16.1.2

Is there a working blockexplorer? I sent 80VC as a test to coinexchange.io weeks ago, but it never showed up..

If he has a clear proof, then it is easy for him to recover this account,I am sure that the developer of VIRTUALCOIN knows that information is very well.
