Everything going into positive direction the community pushing it so nice. Soon VC will be the top coin and better to hold your coins and don't sell at cheap price because dev has amazing plans for this coin.

I am mining at 2 different pools since a few hours now..
None of the mined blocks have been confirmed or paid out as yet.

I am using http://miningpool.thruhere.net (shows 1526 blocks pending) & http://www.bitcoin-pool.de (4 blocks pending)

Is there something I am missing or the transactions on VC take too long to confirm?

for VC is already over.
No way to buy VC by 500 Satoshi anymore! Currently the price
 level are settled at 7000/6000 Satoshi. Very soon the price of VC will achieve new height!
