I believe, the next target after 32k, will be 35k. At this level, there is a fairly large concentration of liquidity, many will want to take it. I've read some analytics predicting an unhindered rise to 37-40k, but I don't think there's enough evidence for that. Rather, we are waiting for a rollback to 27k after taking the level of 35k.

Hold up a second, this isn't as bad as headline. The key paragraph is deep in story. Basically SEC wants them to name the "crypto exchange" and give more details on SSA. That's understandable, arguably good news. I was under impression they'd have to update that as well.
